dear mr kumar ESI act is mandatory for establishments engaging 20 or more persons and the benefits include sick leave,partial and total disablement benefit and pension.

My contribution is goes to ESIC office regular , My quarry is that My Father is dependent and he has taken ' private hospital treatment", and as per the doctors advise I had made report like MRI , x-ray ect., So can I get reimbursement from ESIC office as dependent benefits of that expenses ?
