Hello Respected HR seniors,
A warm greetings to all of you...
Seniors,
I want to know that how many CL or SL can be taken by one employee in one month.
I am facing a problem in my origination, one of our senior employee is going on leaves, but want that all these leaves should be adjust in his CL, because he had not taken these leaves in previous 11 months.Our origination gives 7 CL or & SL for one year.
But in my knowledge one should be take maximum 2 CL in one month, Seniors please correct me if i am wrong and and advice me what should be the right thing to do in this situation ..

Dear Mr.Deepak,
Refer to your query, leaves cannot be clubbed. If any employee cannot avail C L in a calendar year it will automatically lapsed by the end of the year. Only PL and SL to be carry forward. CL to be permitted up to a period of 2 days only. If any employees falls on sick for more than 02 days he will submit medical certificate for sickness.

If i take CL on Thursday and i am not well on Friday what leave will be considered ??? both will be CL or both will be SL or CL and SL can be combined??????
