I have recently had a career gap of 4 years. I worked for 6 years for an IT/software company. Afterwards, due to family problems, I took a break for 4 years. Can I now get an IT/software job again even if I satisfy the interviewers very well? What should I tell about the 4 years of recent job gap? Will I be able to get any software jobs in the future despite this 4-year gap? Please advise.

If you were engaged in some family commitment, try to relate that with your qualities of fulfilling obligations and taking responsibilities with priorities. There is no bigger priority than family.
