Dear All,
I am appointed as a Hr head in an oreganization and I am asked to develop Hierarchy of all departments. I hv compleated 90% of work but in sales I am facing problem. In Company we have 3 BDMs and 4 Area Managers. Area Managers have alloted few areas and Branch Managers and Branch Heads of those areas reports to Area Managers and Area managers reports to GM. But Now management wants me to develop the new hierarchy system so that these people can be promoted to the next level. Can you please guide me for the same asap. Its very urgent....

Thank you pradip for your reply....But we have AGM & DGM position in other departments but I want diffrent structure for sales as we want positions higher and lower than Area Manager so that we can promot Area manager and can develop the hierarchy in such a way that it serve as motivating factors for Branch team also....kindly provide with your suggestion on the same.
