Can any one help me with a sample agreement for the purpose of bonding employees who are undergoing corporate graduation program.
To be precise, a few employees in my company are undergoing company sponsored graduation program and hence we want to arrive at an agreement with them stating that they will have to be with the company till they complete their course.
