Dilip..... mmmmmm... Excellent stuff. All the five points are good. The problem is that no boss would be ready accept the limitations of the subordinates.
And.. the picture of that lady is catchy. See her eyes - very sharp and straight - " I am ready boss" must be the message - good.
In your previous presentation also my dear, you should have used a person with cheers instead of one who is hurt and wailing.
You are banging dear and especially the salutation "Hello HR Sippers" sounds good.

I agree with these five points and as my friend mentioned some of the bosses may not agtree to the limitations of the surbodinates. However, l believe challenges are there to be overcomed and the way and means you overcome them is what makes you tick.
