i know the salary slip components,but havent seen any salary slip
can anyone send me a format of actual salary slip
if anyone can explain me how is pf,IT deducated and what % it would be great.

Find enclosed the format of the same...
The pf is been deducted @12% of basic salary from employee. Whereas the same amount is been deposited from employer side also..
Regarding IT, for males the CTC ceiling is 1.1 lacs per annum and for females it is 1.5 lac per annum.

Thanks Amit!! can u also tell me if someone salary CTC is 380000 then what will be the deduction of income tax that should appear in the salary slip .

Sorry but i dont have much idea regarding the calculation of Income tax.
Only know that HRA, CCA of rupees 800/- and Medical allowance of rupees 1250/- is exempted from Income tax.

you can add formula and present a better example so new freshers can use it for there company use for example what will be basic of ctc, hra,will how much for basic conv, etc.

My salary is Rs. 60,000/- (Sixty Thousand). After deductions, I am receiving Rs. 54,000/-. TDS of Rs. 6,000/- is being deducted from my salary. However, I have not been receiving any salary slips.
