Dear Mr Satish
I think this should be really useful for practitioners who are being exposed to the IR environment.
I had been working in a factory environment in WB and hence can really appreciate the worth of such a material.
This should be very helpful in understanding the processes in a Domestic Enquiry which are so critical for a favorable outcome.
You may pls check on this ppt which i got from the net and incorporate some inputs, if need be, to your presentation.

Dear Abhishek,

Thanks for contributing to my write up on "Domestic Enquiry". I hope you might have acted as enquiry Officer, Presenting Officer and as Witness in one or the other Enquiry proceedings. If yes, then i need not elaborate further. If no, then i would like to submit that this is a subject in itself. No PPT can cover the entire aspects in detail. these can only be explained when giving presentation.it is time consuming also.ppt depends on the time allotted to you for making the presentation. that's why substance of the ppt has to suit the time allotted.there are good number of books such as GB Singh, BR Ghai and such like other writers. i have discharged all the three roles a number of times in my organisation and enjoyed thoroughly my roles.i have also delivered talks on this subject to executives in my orgn.

once again thanks for putting up the PPT u have collected from internet and puuting it up on CiteHR community portal for the benfit of all members.

regards,

yours truly,

satish kumar
