I am looking for some feed back on a questionnaire I have written targeting security organisation HR departments in relation to their policy and procedure for the Recruitment & Selection of Security Managers for hostile Environments.
I would appreciate some feed back to ensure that I am asking the correct questions and some guidance on areas that I have negated.
