I am currently a part of Process engineering Group.... and have been assigned the responsibility of writing a Training and Development procedure manual, in line with CMM 3 guidelines.
Can anyone please give some inputs/guidelines.

after reading the cmm and pcmm models, i made up my mind to proceed a project in pcmm in a software company. but i came to know that only wipro is the only one s w company which reached the 5th motivational level in the pcmm level. can u suggest me a company to approach in hyderabad to process a project to study the pcmm levels in practical which can be used as a study for my pg program and also help in my future career since the pcmm is gaining much importance

i do not know any software company which is certified PCMM in hyderabad. though wipro is certified, i do not know hou to approach them. can u suggest me some tips pls dips.

A number of other organizations, besides Wipro, have achieved higher levels of maturity in the People CMM. You might do a search through the archives of the Economic Times or another of the major news sources for some of these. For example, TCS announced CMMI and P-CMM Level 5 globally just over a year ago.
