Dear Pickens,
Please submit your memo copy for necessary modifications. You can cover various points thus bringing notice to the staff to stop desired activities which sounds unethical and unprofessional as well.
This is the best process to learn effectively without expecting silver spoon feeding.

re your comment please see below what has been done.
also not sure as to what you wish this to be interpreted 'This is the best process to learn effectively regard expecting silver spoon feeding.' However, I find it unecessary
Due to recent inventory checks throughout the organisation, it has come to our attention that xxxx are been taken off xxxx premises for repairs, and the replaced/damaged item has not returned.
Please note, failure to return damaged spare parts or other xxxx property back to xxx office, maybe be investigated for theft. If proven, employee will be dismissed in accordance with Article 120 of UAE Labour Law.
Individual commitment to a group effort — that is what makes both our teams and xxx work.

Dear Pickens,
I had modified my sentence because there was a mistake in typing the right information.

Please make a note that, no member(experienced/senior) will be in a position to offer their support unless they understand your requirements/query precise. "workplace theft" can be interpreted in many ways.

Kindly view your own post as reader rather the originator/owner. You will come to know about the facts which i was discussing with you.

Below mentioned MEMO might do the needful for you.
