Hi friends,

My name is Aathira, and I work as an HR executive with 1.6 years of experience in a generalist profile. I am interested in joining SAP HR at Siemens. Is this a good institute to pursue SAP? What are the main topics covered in the SAP HR course?

I am eagerly awaiting your valuable feedback.

Hi,

SAP from Siemens will not make any difference compared to other small institutes unless you clear the certification. Siemens charges the most among all the institutes and will not provide job assistance unless you complete the training. For certification, you don't have to enroll in Siemens.

In my opinion, complete your SAP from any small institute where they can also help you with practical problems and SAP configuration. Then, work hard to clear the certification. You can also consider the PeopleSoft HR version, which is also in demand. However, as a fresher in the market, you will face a major challenge as no one will hire a fresher; a minimum of 1 year of experience is required.

Think about it again and then make your decision.
