Dear All,
We are an IT company and planning to start the night shifts for some of our employees. I have doubts on the following points, so I request you all to share your expertise on the same.
1) Night Shift Allowances: What is the amount to be paid as NSA, and is there any criteria/law to decide on that? What could be the tentative amount we have to pay as NSA?
2) Pick-Drop Facility: If a pickup and drop facility is provided by the company, is that cost included in their CTC or is it a company-provided facility where the employee doesn't need to pay for it? The total cost is borne by the company. If someone doesn't wish to take the pick-drop facility, then how much amount can we reimburse them in their salary? If someone has a policy related to this, please share that on .
