We are in the process of installation of convex mirrors on our plant roads to enhance safe traffic movements. Can anyone share with me the standards that should be followed during the installation of these mirrors?
Specifically,
1) What should be the distance between the mirror and the side of the road?
2) What is the ideal height for the top of the mirror from the ground?
3) Should the mirrors be placed at all turning points or only at blind spots?
