Dear all, Please tell me for gas cutting activity in plant or construction Which one gas cylinder is better to use with oxygen cylinder?& why? 1- LPG 2- Acetylene Regards Amol P

Hi Anmol,
For cutting purpose Argon gas is best suited.
LPG can be used but thick sheets take a longer time and more gas will be consumed.
Previously I used to take Purshase Orders and run my business with Ispat Industries Ltd. , Dolvi, Maharashtra.

can you please share any materials which states about Indian standard of LPG gas & oxygen gas usage. Meaning what are criteria to buy LPG gas, oxygen cylinders, while buying what are safety standards we need to look at etc.
