Im working in a small company for very long days.. now i got an offer in an MNC, and while providing the documents they have asked for payslip with breakup, the problem is im getting 30k in cheque as my sal without any deductions. could someone please advice how can i make the split up without any deductions in a way 30k is my monthly take home. thanks in advance. please its urjent.

Hey Melwin....
In general ... it works like this:
Your Gross Salary per month: 30,000
Basic: 40% of your gross salary (12,000)
HRA: 50% of your Basic Salary (6,000)
Conveyance: (800.00)
Other allowances: rest of the salary (11,200)
If you are in marketing profile .... you can divide the 'other allowances' towards vehicle allowance or 'daily allowance', etc. This is the best you can show as a break-up.
