“Learning/ getting trained Appetite” of an organization? It could have broad categories:
1. Knowledge of training programs by the people of the organization.
2. Connection that they see between the training programs and their growth.
3. Quality of the training programs
Possible questions that some/all these categories can have:
1. What linkage do you see in learning and getting staffed on a project?
2. Do you know the various training programs that ‘X’ organization?
3. Do you think you have the training programs that will help you to achieve the objectives that you have outlined?

There are few people who look training for knowledge upgradation purpose / some look for getting professional certification and few look it just as a time pass day off from work.
Trainings basically have to be done in line with the business functions and accordingly Techncial and Behavioural Trainings have to eb organized within the org

Quality agains depends on the Trainer / the cource content / the methodlogy used and the assement center techniques use to map the brain potential of an individual
Possible questions that some/all these categories can have:
1. What linkage do you see in learning and getting staffed on a project?
First of all as an org we need to ask what / why / when the training programs need to be conucted and then on who and why, this will help us to analayse wheather it is an fruitful investment or dead investment
2. Do you know the various training programs that ‘X’ organization?
Trainings programs differ from company to company only commom programs that are follwed are soft skill and behavioral training programs
3. Do you think you have the training programs that will help you to achieve the objectives that you have outlined?
It depend on your ROI measurement of the trainer and as an organization what parameters they have set
4. Do you think that the contents of the training programs can be applied at work.
any training which is a functional training needs to be in line with the work function
when it comes to behavioral kind of trainings they are common in most of the organization only modules might differ
