can we withydraw pention amount after 10 years of service.? like , we will be eligible for pention but i want the lumpcum amount at time then is it possible to withdraw the pention amount?
and also brief me about the pention caculation...?i know about 8.33% employer's share in A/C 10. but i want to know the afterword process. how it is given to employee? and for how long?
