You can put a labour case against your previous employer. Consult a good lawyer before filing a case.

without your initiative action, labour department can't take any action or give the justice first you collect your all records related to employment.
you just do your home work before going to labour department.
1. Have you given any letter after left the organization over the matter of F&F settlement?.
2. Have you received any receipt from store department related to hand over the accessories?.
3. Is There any dispute / inquiry pending against you?
see these above points are very vital and you need to do accordingly, thereafter you can start the legal proceeding.
