i am working with a small IT company ( employee strength - 100), my company is around 10 years old, but now we are in expansion mode & for next year our projected Employee strength will be 250-300.
the main problem i am facing here is lack of corporate culture, people are very casual, they don't have Professional attitude, they don't want to follow processes & rules.
For creating sense of responsibility & commitment i have started some sessions like -
Weekly Huddle (meeting)
Full Day Induction Plan
Motivating Mails & HR letters
One to One with HR
Coffee with HR
etc.
But i think we can also plan some Trainings & sessions for creating Corporate culture, please suggest what type of Trainings can help me in creating Strong corporate culture in Company.

It seems that you are truly interested in rewriting your Corporate History ?
I am very pleased to feel the underlying ethos of your mail.
One of the biggest challenges of the corporate world is positive employee engagement. All OD & OB interventions receive either a lackluster response from the employees or they entirely fail to be effective. The reason is lack of employee “buy-in” to the development plans of the Company.

After 18 months of countless hours of working, I have developed a Training Workshop BE YOUR BEST – LEADER, which precisely & completely focuses on developing the organization into a community of likeminded people with positive attitude and drive to perform.
Wherever this Program has been conducted it has tremendously enhanced employee engagement and the clients have increased their sales turnover manyfolds.
