I joined organisation in july as per company rules all new employee need to complete 240 working days after that they will be confirmed. If i want to resign from that post. how many days notice i should give to company

Notice period varies from 30 days to 90 days according to the company policy and designation(Position).
Please go through the clause of "Notice period" in your appointment letter and you can serve notice period accordingly.

Till today you are the confirmed employee of your organisation. As per your company HR policy which could also mentioned in your offer letter, you should need to complete those duration of notice period. The HR policy regarding the notice period may vary from organisation to organisation. Some where it is 1 month or 2 months or 3 months. Also some company have more than 3 months of notice period. For accurate you should need to consult your HR dept or see your offer letter.
If you are requesting to your supervisor/employer for wave off your notice period and on his/her wishes/assent you may quit the organisation without serving notice period.

I joined a company recently as G.E.T in Bangalore on contract basis for a probation period of 1 year. They confirmed my salary of Rs 15250/- in that they are deducting Rs1525/-. Now I, want to know weather I'm eligible for this deduction, the same question I raised to Hr they said that now your in Probationary period(Contractual employee) you must raise your bill and as per companies policy TDS will be deducted from your Bill. Kindly help me out such as the amount of deduction is very high and that too in Bangalore, So please kindly consider this as a request and let me know are there any alternative for not deducting TDS.
