Hi Seniors,

Every company will have certain important milestones which it achieves over a period of time, one such milestone is completing 10 years as an establishment.

My question is how can we make a 10 years Anninversary Celebration a memorable one to all the stake holders of the company and also show it as an ROI to the management. Suggestions for the query would be of great help.

Dear Rakesh,
First publish in news papers, a thank note to all those guided you through those years, don't forget to thank your employees too.
Award all the employees and stake holders a small memorable memoto (Based on your budget allocations) with a word about the milestone.
Sanction some Service award and grace those people with the company right from the word go.
Arrange some party and invite all the family members of the employees to it.
Invite the senior members to share their experience during the ups and downs in the long path, so that new employees are aware of it.
Better invite your employees to suggest some ideas on the celebrations and plan accordingly.
May I invite my fellow members to contribute more.
