Actually its very easy to have a safety committee, you do the following:
• Select your members
• Identify their role in the committee, i.e. chairman, secretary etc.
• Define committee terms of reference (TOR)
• Identify the frequency of your meeting
Your (TOR) document you contain the following
• Objective/ Purpose
• Business requirement
• Members
• Duties of the Committee
• Frequency of meeting
