Hi All,
I have recently got a request from my friend for a HR project for his brother's son. Being a HR manager who gets a lot of obligations like this I initially dint give any serious thought on his request. However my friend called me up once agin explained me the effort he has put in to bring up this boy (His father expired 4-5 years back and my friend is supporting him in his studies). The guy is born and brought up and also studied in small town in AP and is now doing 2 year PG course from Vishakapatnam. He wants to do a project out of state to improve his communication skills. I wanted to give him a project in my company in AP but when I spoke to this guy he is clear that he wants to go out of state to improve his communication skills and overcome his fear towards English. I request my HR collegues in Chennai & bangalore to kindly see if you can give him a summer project (2 months starting from April 20).
