I have don my mba with hr&marketing in jntu(h)sep 2010.and also i am pursuing m.sc applied psychology in annamalai univercity.nearlly i was attend 40-55 interviews in hydrabad(still attending interviews) every interviewer said to me attend more interviews.improv ur comunication skills then u will get the job.my question is why should ask company's effective comunication skills when they are positing the jobs in diffrent recuitment ways.i know its must to speak globally.my reaquest is please encourage and select who have avg communication skills.

definitely communication skills contributes for getting job.The basic function of hr &marketing executive is communicating with employees and customers and knowing their problems and needs and solving them.until unless u communicate with them u dont their problems.so every organisation while recruiting considers communication skills. so u should try to improve it. dont worry communicating with ur friends ,neibours definitely increases ur skills. ALL THE BEST.

getting well versed with good com. skill is not a big deal.... dont worry.... as rightly said by aneetha... com skills are must... no matter wherever u go.... try to communicate most wid ur frndz on some debateable topics.... n further reading books n al to increase your vocabulary...
wat position are you applying for??? n d way u hv described ur case... it dnt seem u wud b tht bad at communicating.... however u can keep practicing more wid frndz... who can really help u out... al d best....
