Till now we were working on Job Portals for Recruitment, but now we are planning to go with some placement vendors or consultancies. I dont have much idea on the percentages and payment mode for consultancies. Can u guys please pour me some ideas on how much will be the percentage for all levels in an IT company and when will be the payment done.

The normal Consultancy payouts are at 8.33% and 10% senior profiles
But it all depends on the Company and Client service the placement firms is providing

Normal charges are 8.33- 10% depending upon exp level.
Payment is made with in 30days , 45 days or 90 days depending on the company and profile.
Normally they have 3 months replacement period.
