Hi Kavitha,
You have posted a thought provoking story. Everybody reading should realize that the old man
in the story had considerable experience. He must have faced innumerable situations which needed
out of box thinking. The knowledge and practical experience acquired by him through years must
have enabled him to give a gentle tap at the right place at the right time. Where to strike and with
what strength was obviously not known to other specialists, hence the itemisation of bill to drive
home his point. All those who measure a person's ability only on the time spent by him to solve a
particular problem should appreciate all the hidden labour, time, experience, heartbreaks suffered
by such person, which have enabled this person to handle the present situation. God bless you and
