To become elegible for availing earned leave an employee should have worked for minimum of 240 days in a calender year. If an employee joins during the middle of the year, how much days he should have worked to become elegible for availing earned leave during next year.

If an employee joins in 6th month of 2010. He need to work till 6th month of 2011 to become eligible to avail EL. So EL for the year 2011 for him is 6 days & 2012 is 12 days and so on...
