I am looking for a case study on Team work / team building. It had charachters by the name of Alec and steward. And you are required to debate whether a particular member is a team player or not on the basis of what they do. eg. not willing to attend party post office working hours etc.
If someone has that case study, can you please share it with me.
Also if you have any other case study that can be used for middle / senior managers workshop on Building high performance teams.. please let me know.
