Manuals are changed if they have outlived their usefulness vis avis their continuing suitabilityy in the organsiational vision/ line of business.
let me know the specific points which you feel like changing.
Vinay, dont copy manuals, make one as per your need.
the best manual would be the ISO9001 standard itself, substitute the word organisation with your company's name.
