This is Aravind from Chennai...Here I've joined as HR-Jr Executive..In my organisation there is no HR for last two months and also there is no proper data about HR relatad formalities.. and also my manager was in coimbatore so there is no chance to clarify my doubts as soon as possible..I was newly joined in this concern...Here my question is How I have to segeregate my job as a systematic and I have to complete previous incomplete jobs which had not completed last months like PF,ESI etc...plz help me
