The Employee who drawn wages upto Rs. 15000/- will be fall under the preview of ESIC Act. and the Employee who is disable and drawn wages upto Rs. 25000/- will be fall under the preview of ESIC Act. As in case of Disbale you have to show prrof of disability of the said person.
