Please suggest me what can i do for my employees on the eve of Republic Day. My budget is very low. May be around Rs. 500. Ours is a small company with 30employees. Here are few that i have in my mind. Need more suggestions.

- Am planning to give chocolates to everyone.
- (OR) Small gifts to all.
- (OR) Pen to everyone.
- (OR) Sweets
- (OR) Conduct lucky draw - The one who wins will get a gift.

Its difficult to get your correct name from your ID. But any ways...
My suggetion.
Keep one chart paper on the company notice board or common place and tell them to write few lines about INDIA.
Display that chart paepr on notice board for few days. Give gift to the best write-up.

in addition to mr. amit idea, u can also ask all employees to write few lines about india and their perspective towards good and bad thinks about india and the worth will get the gist and also knowldge and point of view will be shared.

Best way why dont you u distrubuts sweets to all employees.
Though u have very less budget but that one is also a good idea.
In 30 employees 500 rupees sweet is sufficent.
