I need the format of " Commitment Letter" which would be signed by the employees. The management in our company expects this as a tool to curtail attrition or atleast the exits, which takes place in the probation periond

Can u little bit more clear with your query..
Otherwise it seems that you require an Agreement Letter.. signed by employee that they will be with teh company for atleast such period of time and if they fail to do so there will be some penalty..
So do clear with your requirement..
