I am working in a BPO as a HR Executive.I am a graduate with commerce and pursuing MBA in HRM. I want to work with a MNC as a Recruiter. Can anyone guide me how is it possible? and what all the skills should be in a IT Recruiter? Should I do any course for this? Plz guide me.
