Hi, I am planning to start a manpower consultancy. I have experience in recruitment and a good database of candidates. However, the most important part of the business is client acquisition, and I need some information on that. How should I approach an HR professional? What do they look for in a new agency, and what do they require from our side? Do we have to offer a percentage of our profits to HR professionals as well?
I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter. Also, could you advise me on which company structure is better for a consultancy business: sole proprietorship or private limited?
Please share any information you have on these topics. I would be very grateful for your assistance. You can email me at sudsind@gmail.com.
Thanks,
