Dear MPMS,
It is a good post, but if you want to see them in real life come to Alipore Zoo, Kolkata.
You will see: LIGERS, TIGON(TIGER + LIONESS) and LITIGON(LION + TIGON).
Mostly hybrid animals are sterlle since they have uneven number of genes i.e paired genes and unpaired gene. Like Mule is sterile. Tigon is the only hybrid animal which has been able to breed and that too in India. We donot know about them because the Government is very apathetic towards our success, heritage and culture.
Regards,
SC
