Hi, I want to write an email for employees they should come to the office 3 days a week it's their choice to decide whether they will come to TTF or MWF kindly follow this rule otherwise action would be taken

Tell them what you have just told us. Also spell out what the action will be if rules are not followed. Don’t use MWF etc, spell out the words correctly.

Dear Employees,

Due to current ongoing project requirement it has been decided that all employees should support from office for 3 days in week and remaining 2 days can support from home. So please plan accordingly. Either you can work on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Monday , Wednesday, Friday.

All requested to confirm their choice of 3 days as above .
