The metamorphosis of ‘Struggle’
The stone that gets a few hits and cuts becomes the stepping stone to the temple!
The stone that gets a more hits and cuts becomes the carved pillar in the temple!
The stone that gets the largest hits and cuts becomes the deity in the temple and worshipped!
We need to apply the same principle in our lives.
Struggle is a part of the process to achieve the worthwhile.

I don't want to be a Sand Paper.
Once a seer was taking bath in a river. He saw a scorpion sinking in water. He picked him up to put him on the sand on the bank of the river. The scorpion stung the seer and in the process scorpion again fell in the running water. Seer again picked him up and to put him out on the bank. Again scorpion stung him and fell in the water again. Seer again did the same thing with the scorpion and scorpion did his part of action. This was going on for sometime.
An on looker asked the seer "The scorpion is stinging you again and again and still you are out for a mercy on him". Seer replied "I am doing my duty to save his life and scorpion is doing his duty".
When people hurt us they think of themselves but they don't get the reward of their actions. But when people do and forget, they get the best reward of the life ultimately.

This is very inspiring and encouraging for everybody in the work environment who get castigated and abused for sake of monthly pay check. At the end of it all they get well cooked to take up challenges.
Thanks to AVS for this wonderful piece.
