On opening the doll,they found another one inside and another one inside it.Inside the smallest doll was a note: “If you always hire people who are smaller than you are,we shall become a company of dwarfs.If ,on the other hand,you always hire people who are bigger than you are,we shall become a company of giants.”
The best investment is an investment in people and their development.
