As per my information NASSCOM has changed it's rules regarding notice period.
As per there changed rules the new notice period is three months.
Now my question :
If in the offer letter, the company mentioned notice period of 1 month, then will this change in NASSCOM rules affect my notice period as mentioned in offer letter?
I mean will my notice period now be three months as per new rules or as per the conditions mentioned in the offer letter.
Also if it's not that way and company forces me to follow new rules, what legal actions can i take??????

Hi,
If you get one month notice period in offer letter, then its one month only. Now its not like that all the companies follow NASSCOM rules. But if you have 3 month notice period in offer letter than you need to follow it. Thats it, there is no scope for legal action as they shifted notice period from one month to three month. why? To run their business.
