Dear Manisha
In case of any accident which result in the death of any person or which result in such bodily injury to any person as is likely to cause his death, Factory Manager shall send a notice by telephone or special messenger within 12 hours verbal and written report within 24 hours in Form 20 (As per Rajasthan Factory Rules) to the
1. Inspector and the Chief Inspector
2. The District Magistrate or Sub Divisional Officer
3. The office in charge of the nearest Police Station and
4. The relatives of injured as notified by him in his personnel file.
All the employees are covered under Group Personnel Accident Policy. Concern Dept. will inform & co-ordinate with the insurance company for necessary claim.
In case of any accident which results in such bodily injury to any person as is likely to cause his death, takes place in the factory. All employees are either having family accommodation within the premises or they belong to nearby villages. Hence, any accident can be communicated to their family members immediately. However, under no circumstances the lead time to communicate will exceed 12 hours by personal messenger or telephonic communication under the supervision of Factory Manager.
Hope the write up will help you somehow...
