Look after the scattered material. Maintain a close relationship with the store department (inward/outward material slip maintenance). Start remembering the faces of employees/labourers. Check ID cards and times. Keep an attendance register at the gate with security guards. Security guards should always be in uniform with safety shoes. Check the cleanliness. Ensure that the office premises are not prone to catching fire easily. Report all issues to the company's HR personnel. Monitor individuals who drink inside the office premises at night. Ability to read and write in Hindi, English, and count numbers. Look after office vehicles.
