Dear All,
Ours is one of the IT domestic consulting companies. I require details on the leave policy such as the number of leaves and different types of leaves that can be implemented in the company, such as CL, SL, paternity leave, maternity leave, etc. I would like to know the duration of each leave and who will be eligible for these leaves.
Thanks & Regards,
From India

Dear,
In the labor laws, you will find a leave policy for different situations; however, the company has its own leave policy. For you, I have attached a document containing all the details regarding the LEAVE POLICY. I hope you will find it valuable.

Dear Sangeeta,
I think you have very minimal knowledge about Statutory compliances.
Statutory means "of or related to statutes" or what we normally call laws or regulations. Compliance just means to comply with or adhere to. So, statutory compliance means you are following the laws on a given issue. The term is most often used with organizations that must follow lots of regulations. When they forget or refuse to follow some of those regulations, they are out of statutory compliance. A company that follows all the rules is in statutory compliance.
Few of the compliances are as below:-
1. COMPANY LAW
2. FOREIGN EXCHANGE MANAGEMENT ACT.
3. PAYMENT OF WAGES ACT.
4. PROVIDENT FUND ACT.
5. EMPLOYEES STATE INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT.
6. NATIONAL AND FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS.
7. THE (State) SHOPS AND INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENT ACT.
8. THE (State) GENERAL SALES TAX ACT.
9. THE CENTRAL SALES TAX ACT.
10. CENTRAL EXCISE TARIFFS AND MANUALS.
11. THE INCOME TAX ACT.
12. THE INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT & REGISTRATION ACT.
13. THE FACTORIES ACT.
14. THE STANDARD OF WEIGHTS & MEASUREMENTS ACT.
15. PROFESSIONAL TAX
So, these are compliances; there are further more compliances available.
Now, you have to decide what kind of compliances you need.
OK.

Sir, I am an MBA in HR. I have completed 5 months of training in HR in a 5-star hotel. However, some people have advised me to clear my compliances. Here are some questions:
1. Why are you interested in HR?
2. What is the work of an HR manager? If you are a manager, what changes do you need to make in the hotel?
3. Leaves, labor laws, etc.
I am applying for positions in hotels and consultancies. Kindly provide me with all HR-related interview questions and answers in the hotel and consultancy fields.

Sangeeta
