I had submitted my documents to withdrawal my pf before three months but my name is vikas and my pf account with the name of vikas choudhary.Please tell me the process that how can i change my name and withdrawal my pf.My documents & account are also with the name of vikas. Which form should i fill to change my name in PF. pls suggest the procedure for the same.
