The main responsibility of an HR generalist is to advise managers, supervisors, or administrators on all HR practices, provide information to employees about regulations, contract language, and policies, and offer general support. • Coordinates, negotiates, and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fees, advertisement recruitment, and interview schedules.
• Conducts interviews up to senior executive levels.
• Arranges interviews for management levels.
