Hi,
As you are aware of the passing of the Bill in the parliament, and the need for companies to implement, I have made a rough draft which will serve as a guideline for staff who cannot understand the terminology of laws & acts.
All are welcome to give their comments and add or delete the points, this will help in building a policy that shall be better from HR perspective
