I am sharing one of the presentation given to us by one of my PGDBM professor. It contain a good collection of few interesting puzzles which he used to share during the post lunch session. Though he always used to pray not have a post lunch sessions as he always find his students to be in half a sleep. :-)
I will always appreciate his efforts in making the sessions as interesting as he could.
Hope you guys will enjoy it and will try to get right answers for these puzzles.
You can even share it with you employees to add a little fun for them.

Dear All,
I currently dont have the answers to all of the puzzles mentioned in the presentation. But i promise i will provide you the answers to all the puzzles.
In the mean time it those who could figure out the answers to the puzzles it would be great if you can share with other.
I only know a couple of the answers which you can find below:
1. Raining Night - i will chose my old friend, will give him the key to drive old lady to the hospital and i will wait for the bus along with the person whom i found to be as a perfect partner.
2. In the painting shown on 8th slide, you are supposed to count the total number of face in the painting - I could figure out total of 8 in number.
3. Answer to the puzzle on 12th one is - consider the numbers to be the glasses

pick the second glass and pour the content in 5th glass. so the situation will be:

4. Answer to the 14th puzzle - both Russians are partners (Husband wife)
5. Answer to the 17th slide puzzle - manhole covers are round so that they are easy to move as they are too heavy to move from one place to other i.e. you can role them on ground.
6. Answer to the puzzle on 19th slide is in the attachment.

1. Answer to the third slide - True Story solution: In 1912, President Teddy Roosevelt was shot in the chest. The folded-up manuscript of his speech was in his pocket, and slowed the bullet, saving his life, and so helping his career.
2. Answer to the 14th slide - there are 7 brother and sisters, 4 brothers and 3 sisters
3. Answer to the 16th slide - Switch the first button on on for a minute, then turn it off and turn the second on. Enter the room and feel the two bulbs that are off. The one which is warm is for the switch number 1 , the bulb which is on is for the switch 2 and the bulb which is off and is cold is for the 3rd switch.
4. Answer to the last puzzle i.e. 20th slide - The reason why even though all 6 people took each egg in the basket but still one egg was left, because the 6th person took the egg along with the basket.

Ans for the 1st Question: Once john picks up a coin immediately he dropped it in the sea, and then he says to Mike that by checking the other coin in the hat they find out which coin John might have picked up.
Ans for Cross the Bridge:
Bono and Edge cross - 2 Minutes
Bono comes back - 1 minute
Larry and Adam cross - 10 minutes
Edge comes back - 2 minutes
Edge and Bono cross - 2 minutes
Total - 17 minutes
Ans for the Stamps: It takes 12 nos for 3p stamps to make a dozen

Only C can Answer. The explanation is as below:-
A & B can not answer as they are not able to see each other.
This left only C & D to answer.
Id D would have seen 2 white hats in his front he would have said "I wear Black hat" or vice versa but if he does not answer it means he is seeing 2 persons in his front wearing one Black & one white hat.
Now C see which hat B wears. He see B wearing white hat so he says that he wears Black Hat

John pick up the one penny and tell all that he got a penny of 2005 and he act like being overjoyed and in that celebration he throws the penny into deep water. Now this left Mike with a penny of 1975.
If he says that penny can not be 2005 as he was having both penny of 1975 than he will let people know that he cheated and now he has to swim through the ocean.
