Some suggestions were like Pursuit of Happiness , Cast Away... it cud be any english Hollywood movie or some corporate softskill movie..

Rather than showing movie clips from Hollywood or Bollywood I would rather recommend you showing clips from your of your company staffs. How they worked in team, how the client got benefited etc. Clip could be on innovation also.
It will motivate your staff more. It will also motivate your existing staffs as they feel that they are given due importance.
