a) Patient satisfaction/dissatisfaction
b) Consumption of resources while running your operations or measures of human productivity
c) Your organisational issues and grooming of your leaders
d) Expansion plans of your organisation
e) Innovation that you would like to bring in
There is no ready-made training plan for any industry. You have to devise it on your own.
